Can the bot complete an action, not just answer?

Yes, when it is connected to the system that performs the action. It can look up an order status, check an open slot, send a quote or open a ticket in your system, provided that system exposes an interface for it. Without that connection the bot stays at the level of information. That is why, before estimating, we ask what exactly you want it to do and which system it has to talk to.
