How We Protect Your Client Relationships
White-label partnerships only work if your clients never know a third party is involved. We have built our entire operating model around that requirement.
Legal Protections: Every white-label engagement begins with a mutual NDA covering code, client identity, project details, and commercial terms. We sign your NDA or provide our own — whichever your legal team prefers. IP transfers fully to you upon payment; we retain no ownership or license to anything we build.
Communication Firewall: We never contact your clients directly. All communication runs through your project manager or account lead. We do not appear in email threads, video calls, or any documentation that reaches your client. If you want us to operate under a sub-brand or alias email domain, we accommodate that.
Branded Deliverables: Git repositories, design files, documentation, and handover materials carry your agency name, not ours. Code comments and commit messages are cleaned of any Neviox references before delivery.
Conflict of Interest Policy: We do not accept direct briefs from companies in your client roster. If a prospect approaches us independently and we recognize them as your client, we decline and notify you.
Discretion in Hiring: We do not list white-label clients in our portfolio or case studies. We do not reference the engagement in marketing materials. The only public acknowledgment we ever make is that we do white-label work — never for whom.
