The Goal
Yachting One's designer had already worked out the full experience in Figma: sales, charter, charter management for owners, the brand catalog, ownership and partnership programs. What they needed was someone to turn every one of those screens into a real, working site without drifting from the design or slowing the project down.
What We Built
We implemented the complete Figma design as a fast, multi-page site covering every line of Yachting One's business.
- 13 pages, one standard: yacht sales, charter booking, charter management, the brand catalog (Hanse, Bali, Sealine, Dehler, Austin Parker and more), model specifications, a try-before-you-buy program, ownership and partnership pages, and an articles section. All built to the same level of polish.
- Pixel-accurate to the Figma: every page matches the design file component-for-component, including the interactions it called for. Image carousels, date pickers, filtering.
- Six weeks, design to build: the full site went from Figma handoff to a working, launch-ready build in about six weeks.
The Result
Yachting One got a launch-ready site across every line of their business (sales, charter, and ownership programs) without managing a slower, in-house build themselves. It's proof we can pick up a finished design mid-project and ship it fast and accurately, not just design and build from a blank page.
Expected Impact
Charter and sales inquiries should rise by around 10% compared with a slower site: for travel businesses, Google and Deloitte measured about 10% more conversions for every 0.1 seconds of faster mobile loading.
Every line of the business now has its own page, so buyers and charter guests should reach what they came for in fewer clicks and leave less often before asking.
Estimates based on what we built and published research, not figures reported by Yachting One.
