Is there a minimum project value for commission to apply?

Yes, the minimum qualifying project value is €1,500, which covers most website and automation projects. There is no maximum, so enterprise deals generate proportionally larger commissions. The 10% applies to the one-time development fee only, never to any ongoing maintenance retainer the client signs afterward. For example, on a €10,000 project you earn €1,000, paid once that invoice is settled in full.

Do I need a technical background to participate?

No technical background is required. You need a professional network with businesses that need software, AI integration, websites, or automation, consultants, accountants, lawyers, marketing agencies, and business coaches are our most successful referral partners. You make the introduction; we handle the entire technical conversation, scoping, and proposal. Your role is connecting people who have a need with a team that can deliver, no selling or technical pitching required.

How long does my referral attribution last?

12 months from the date you submit the referral form. If your referred contact closes a deal with Neviox Digital at any point within that window, you receive the full 10% commission, even if the project starts after the window closes. Will you take the client from me?

No, and this is the question that most deserves a straight answer. A client you refer stays your relationship: we do the work you passed to us and we do not pitch them directly on what you already do for them. If the client asks us for something in your domain, we send them back to you. A referral programme only works if a partner does not have to watch their back, otherwise nobody refers twice and the programme dies on its own.

What if the client I referred pulls out mid-project?

Commission follows what was actually invoiced, not what was planned. If the project was partly invoiced before it stopped, commission is calculated on that invoiced part. If nothing was invoiced, there is no commission, because what is shared is revenue rather than a promise. The same works the other way: if the client continues into a second phase, that counts too, as long as your attribution is still running.
