Most AI demos never survive contact with real users. We wire the model into your product with the things that make it production-ready: evaluation on real queries, cost limits per user, a fallback when the model is wrong, and GDPR-compliant data handling.
You can switch the underlying model later without rebuilding the product around it.

The repository lives in your GitHub organisation from day one, and the infrastructure runs on your accounts. Every phase ends with documentation and tests, so your first in-house engineer starts from a codebase they can extend, not one they have to decode.
