What happens after you write?
Contacting Neviox Digital means writing directly to our engineers, with no sales representatives in between. You get a written reply saying whether we can help and what the first step is. For a simpler project that is a written quote, and for existing or complex systems a paid audit.
Our goal is to find out whether we are the right fit for your problem. If we are not, we say so.
No sales scripts. You deal with the team who will build your project from first concept to production.
What does the audit phase cover?
The discovery phase is a structured review in which our engineers examine your existing software, business logic and IT infrastructure to find bottlenecks and growth opportunities. Through this technical audit we map your organisation's specific workflows and produce a clear development roadmap. It removes guesswork, ties every line of code to your revenue and operational goals, and reduces technical debt and operational risk.
We analyse your situation in three steps:
- Infrastructure and code audit: assessing the scalability and security of existing systems.
- Process mapping: understanding how data flows through your organisation.
- ROI opportunity identification: pinpointing where automation delivers the largest cost savings.
A simpler project needs no audit. For more complex systems and existing code it is paid: the price is fixed by scope before we start, and it is credited to the first phase if you continue with us. The result is a documented strategy that serves as a blueprint for future development and removes the assumptions that often lead to budget overruns in software projects.
Custom software architecture
Before coding we write down the data model, external integrations and technology for your case. That keeps costs and timelines predictable and lets the system grow without a rebuild.
The written specification covers:
- Growth: how the system handles more users and data.
- Security: encryption and data protection.
- Integrations: connecting other tools through APIs.
The specification is yours, so another team can work from it too.
UI/UX design that converts
We design interfaces around what the user has to do on the page, not around a template. You can try interactive Figma prototypes before any code is written.
That gives you:
- A clearer path: users find what they need more easily.
- A checked idea: the flow is tested before the build.
- Feasibility: every Figma design can be built in code.
A design is finished when it works for your business goal, not when it looks good.
Agile development, full code ownership
We work in phases, and you follow progress in a test environment, not only at the end. We build with Next.js and TypeScript and deliver tested, documented code.
The code is in your repository from day one, and the intellectual property and infrastructure are yours. Your team or any other can maintain and extend the system.
Maintenance and growth
Maintenance covers monitoring, security updates and fixes after launch. It is billed by the time actually spent and is not a condition for using the system.
New features are new work and are estimated separately, before anything starts.
