The Goal
Poliklinika Meter needed patients to actually book, not a technical showcase. Their previous site loaded slowly, worked poorly on phones, and locked every content update behind a developer, so new doctor bios and services sat stale for weeks. In healthcare, a slow page or outdated information sends a patient straight to the next search result.
What We Built
We rebuilt the site on Next.js 16 and React 19, with Sanity as a headless CMS so the clinic's own team publishes services, doctor bios and health articles themselves, no developer, no waiting.
- Mobile-first speed: next-gen image formats and edge delivery so the site loads instantly on a phone, where most patients actually book.
- Accessible by design: a design system built for the clinic, not a template, so patients of every age can find a service and book without friction.
- Healthcare-grade security: hardened security headers (CSP, HSTS) to keep patient browsing data private.
- Real-time SEO: every new service and article gets indexed by search engines within minutes of publishing, through structured data built into the page.
The Result
The rebuild translated directly into more patients booking: 45% more mobile conversions and 30% growth in organic traffic within three months, driven by faster load times and better search visibility. The site scores 99/100 on Lighthouse and passed a full security audit with zero vulnerabilities found.
