Question 1

Tourism software in London: what affects the price?

Accepted Answer

It depends on the scope of the project, the number of users and links to existing systems. After analysis you get a written estimate, with no templates and no monthly platform licences.

Question 2

Tourism software in London: what is specific to the local market?

Accepted Answer

London's hospitality sector increasingly serves business and MICE travel (conferences, corporate accounts, expense-managed stays), a segment with different needs from leisure travel: fast confirmation, company billing and integration with corporate travel-booking systems.

Question 3

Tourism software in London: what do I get?

Accepted Answer

An analysis of your situation, a written estimate and a build plan. The engineer who replies to you builds it, and the code and access stay yours.

Question 4

Where are you based, and do you work with companies in London?

Accepted Answer

We are based in Split, Croatia (Peričićeva 14). We work with companies in London in writing, the same way for every city: you describe the project in the form, and the engineer who will build it replies.

Question 5

Can you build a booking system that integrates with a Channel Manager?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we build custom booking engines on Next.js 16, and for properties that also sell through OTA platforms (Booking.com, Airbnb) we keep the calendars in sync through Rentijer, our own PMS and channel manager; other channel managers such as Rentlio, SiteMinder, Beds24 or Cloudbeds are possible integrations on request. The engine supports dynamic pricing, minimum stay rules, seasonal rate adjustments, and secure payment via Stripe or the local provider you already use. Every booking that comes in directly is one you don't pay 15–20% OTA commission on.

Question 6

What systems are most popular for hotels in Croatia?

Accepted Answer

For boutique hotels and villa rentals, we recommend a custom booking engine with Sanity CMS and Rentijer, our own PMS and channel manager, for the calendar. For larger chains, we can integrate with Opera PMS, Mews or Cloudbeds, or with the systems you already run, on request. Every solution is tailored to Croatian market specifics: multi-language guest communication (Croatian, English, German, Italian) and seasonal pricing logic, with local payment gateways such as CorvusPay as a possible integration.

Question 7

Can an AI chatbot handle guest enquiries 24/7?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Our hotel AI concierges are built with LangChain and Pinecone RAG architecture and answer only from your property data: room types, amenities, pricing, availability, local attractions, and house rules. They respond in Croatian, English, German, and 50+ languages simultaneously. In production, hotel chatbots resolve routine guest enquiries without staff involvement, covering availability, pricing, booking modifications, and local recommendations around the clock.

Question 8

How do you handle invoicing and fiscal requirements?

Accepted Answer

We scope fiscal requirements per project. Where a property needs invoicing, we can connect the booking system to the invoicing or fiscalisation software it already uses (for example FINA fiscalisation), confirming its API first. For properties serving international guests, we also implement multi-currency invoicing and EU VAT handling.
